Anywhere that works for you! We train in parks, garages, homes, driveways, and other community spaces. If you have a place to move, we can make it your gym. Coach Wyatt’s goal is to make high-quality coaching as convenient and accessible as possible.

Very little. Training sessions are designed to maximize results with minimal gear, focusing on functional movement, strength and stability, speed and power, conditioning, and striking fundamentals. Pads and equipment are provided, but clients should have their own gloves and hand wraps. (Please reach out to Coach Wyatt before you purchase anything.)

No two sessions are exactly alike. Each 60-minute workout is customized to your needs and may include striking, strength and conditioning, mobility, technical instruction, or resistance training. Coach Wyatt handles the programming so you can focus on showing up and putting in the work. Personalized music, a refreshing eucalyptus towel, and cold coconut water are included with every session.

STRIKE HOUSE parties are active, engaging, and completely customizable. Whether you're celebrating a kid’s birthday, bachelor party, or bachelorette weekend, we'll create an experience that gets everyone involved.
For kids, that might mean obstacle courses, martial arts games, pad work, and beginner-friendly striking instruction that keeps them moving and having fun. For bachelor and bachelorette parties, Coach Wyatt offers a unique alternative to the typical itinerary, combining fitness, kickboxing, partner drills, and friendly competition into an experience that's equal parts workout and entertainment.
